Problem: Access Security is on the Resource
My respected Quest Software associate Gil Kirkpatrick authored a whitepaper that clearly articulates the challenges of managing resource access across a Microsoft based network. To me the interesting part of the topic goes beyond Microsoft technology to any other network security system where security goes with the resources – such is the case with claims based models with which many software vendors are currently experimenting.
