I did a Q & A style interview with James Powel for Enterprise Systems Journal a couple of weeks back talking about IT challenges around granting Access. I had completely forgotten that the interview had happened, but I actually had a lot of fun doing it, and hope it shed some light on what I hear from customers constantly.
