Microsoft Word to be banned in 60 days?
Microsoft is appealing to a higher court hoping to overule the Judge who on Tuesday (Aug 12th) found the giant had “unlawfully infringed” on a patent and ruled that sales of Microsoft Word should stop and Microsoft should pay a $240M fine to the Toronto based patent holder.
