Surface Device from Microsoft
The Surface device announced by Microsoft is based on infered sensors built into a impact resistant plactic surface. When objects such as a digital device or your finger is placed on the surface a special version of Microsoft Vista recognizes the object via. the scanners and interacts with the device. i.e. place a digital camera on the table and it automatically displays the pictures on the table’s surface. The only draw back I can see is that having a display built into a table is pretty diffcult to work with.
