The Microsoft team has announced on its blog that Exchange 2010 is code complete (meaning they have finished all the features and testing) and are preparing to release the product.

Microsoft is appealing to a higher court hoping to overule the Judge who on Tuesday (Aug 12th)  found the giant had “unlawfully infringed” on a patent and ruled that sales of Microsoft Word should stop and Microsoft should pay a $240M fine to the Toronto based patent holder. http://www.informationweek.com/news/software/enterpriseapps/showArticle.jhtml?articleID=219200383
